An Entertainer’s Dream
This new build project still had great opportunity to update a few things that were custom to the client’s needs! They love to entertain and were excited to get started inviting friends and family to their new home.
We started with updating the flooring throughout most of the home, added a new kitchen backsplash with perfect accents of brass, and then finished it off with an incredible grotto update and primary bath.
Modern Farmhouse Flooring
New flooring was one of the main priorities for this client, and they chose a wood tile in walnut. We love how it warms up the space and adds a richness to the home! Tile flooring is excellent for durability and easy clean up for those late night dinner parties!
Beautiful in Gold
This kitchen is the perfect place to gather and catch up over a glass of wine! We updated just a few details with a new backsplash and gold accents that we can’t get enough of. An all white kitchen doesn’t have to be boring!
Perfect for Entertaining
This grotto was included in the client’s build but they wanted to update it a little more to include brick accents and we think it’s the perfect touch. We added “English Cottage” brick style to the space which adds just the right amount of elegance and warmth. It feels like a touch of Italy in Conroe!
Spa Like Sanctuary
Different textures and patterns in this white and brass primary shower create a bathroom of your dreams! We updated this space with dot-style tiles for the floor, 3×12 herringbone tiles and then layered in beautiful brass accents for the hardware.
